About Jacquelynne Willcox:

As an experienced corporate communications, public affairs and issues management professional, I bring a wealth of expertise in stakeholder mapping, strategy development, and influencer relations, to effectively manage corporate reputations and drive innovative solutions to complex issues. With a proven track record in building valuable relationships, I am skilled at fostering client confidence, engaging stakeholders and leveraging my robust network of media and public office contacts to deliver solutions to a range of corporate and public affairs issues. A strong manager and mentor, I am accomplished at assembling and motivating expert teams of talented individuals, and I am adept at coordinating diverse collaborations to create a cohesive approach and achieve outstanding results. My clear and confident communication style facilitates my role as advocate, influencer and advisor, allowing me to direct impactful public affairs initiatives, effect transformations, and provide thought leadership to my team, to clients, and on a number of industry boards. I am also Chair of Australia’s preeminent policy discussion forum, The Sydney Institute.

Prior to my work as a corporate and public affairs adviser, I worked as a television, radio and newspaper journalist, including as an investigative reporter. My time in the media includes as a presenter and producer. I also wrote and produced television documentaries.

I am the author of two best selling books, ‘Dream lovers; women who marry men behind bars’ and ‘Conversations in a brothel; men tell why they do it’.
